Summer has spent years studying the habits and strategies of leaders who come from diverse backgrounds and practice diverse styles. Coming from a small city in Louisiana, she knew from a young age that she wanted to make an impact beyond the boundaries of her hometown.
She learned management strategies in business school and spent years perfecting her craft in the hospitality industry with world-class organizations such as the Walt Disney Company, H-E-B, and Central Market. Being curious and driven at heart, she was fascinated with leaders who could work with their teams to drive results through influence.
